The summer season of Taormina Arte 2011 will open on July 11th and ends around 31st of the same month. It is expected the debut in the Theatre section, directed by Simona Celi, there will be many innovations in the program for a season that will be entirely focused on events to delight the audience of Taormina and not only that. In August, however will be the turn of the "Music and Dance", lead by Maestro Enrico Castiglione. At The Greek Theatre of Taormina, on the 5th of August, official opening of the opera the “ Nabucco”, the 17th “Aida." Do not forget that in the season 2011, there will be the Taormina film festival that is repeated every year with the presence of famous celebrities. Will close the the long season of Taormina Art e the usual appointment with the Sinopoli Festival in October 2011. The program also includes many events such as exhibitions, book presentations and conferences. Fo the night of “ Consegna dei Nastri d’Argento” for the “Nabucco” and the Aida” has already started the presale of tickets.
